enhanced female orgasms

G-spot

The female G-spot aroused attention in 1980 at a conference of sexology
in Dallas, organized by the Society for Scientific Study of Sex (SSSS). Dr.
Beverly Hill and Dr. John Perry claimed that there is a spot on the front
vaginal wall, which is extremely sensitive to deep pressure. They called it the
G-spot, after Dr. Gräfenberg who described the area in the 50’s. (Dr. Gräfenberg
collaborated incidentally with Dr. Dickinson whom we referred to earlier).
gspot
The G-spot is located between the vagina and the erectile tissue surrounding the urethra, the urethral sponge. This tissue swells with blood when aroused.

Dr. Whipple and Dr. Perry assumed that the female G-spot consists of a complex network of blood vessels, the para-urethral glands (see further section on Female Ejaculation) and nerve-fibres and nerve-ends.

The G-spot surfaces when a woman is highly aroused just before or after orgasm. Just as there is a variety in the size and form of women’s breasts, the G-spot can be as small as a pea or as big as the kernel of a peach.

Also deeper inside in the anterior wall of the vagina there is a cluster of nerve-ends called the A-zone.

Let us quote the statements by Dr. Perry and Dr Whipple:

  • At the moment of orgasm, many women ejaculate a liquid through the urethra  that is chemically similar to male ejaculate but contains no sperm.
  • As a result of stimulation of the G-spot, women often have a series of  orgasms. For many women it is difficult to stimulate the G-spot in the missionary position.Other  positions work better.
  • Using a diaphragm for birth control interferes with stimulation of the G-spot in some women.
  •  Because they believe they are urinating, many women are embarrassed about ejaculating. Thinking the same thing, their partners often belittle them, which is one reason many women have learned to suppress orgasm.
  • The strength of a woman’s pubococcygeus muscle is directly related to her ability to reach orgasm during intercourse.
  • Women can learn to strengthen their pubococcygeus muscles or to relax them if they are tense.
  • If men increase the strength of their pubococcygeus muscles, they too can
  • learn to become multiply orgasmic and separate orgasm from ejaculation.

  • Sexuality. 1982.)

Finding the female G-spot

Finding the female G-spot could be a challenge. One can find the G-spot
easiest by sitting in a crouching position, as it is easier to find it when the
uterus is in a downward position. In order to prevent urination anxiety it can
be wise to sit on the toilet, as the urethra will be pushed and urine might want
to be disposed of in the beginning, even if the bladder feels empty to begin
with.
One can search for the G-spot by pushing one or two fingers inwards and
upwards toward and behind the pubic bone in the vaginal wall, about one and a
half to two inches inside the vagina, on the anterior wall of the vagina,
slightly off to the side in the eleven or one o’clock position (the top front
centre of the pubic hair being twelve). It can feel like a small almond that
becomes larger and harder as it is stimulated.
The female G-spot can probably be found among all women.

G-spot Orgasms

The G-spot orgasm is described as a natural phenomenon of immense bliss. It
can be deeper, different, more satisfying and intensive than any other feeling.
It is often felt as an intensive warmth that comes from ones deepest inner
layers, spreading throughout the whole body. As the G-spot becomes stimulated,
the woman might feel slight contractions of the uterus that will become stronger
until an orgasm is reached. Some women “ejaculate” at this point. It is a clear,
odour-free liquid which squirts out in rhythmical contractions, but the liquid
comes from the urethra and is not the same as the liquid which comes from the
vaginal walls when a woman is highly exited and has an orgasm.

As to be expected there is a great variety in how women may enjoy the G-spot
stimulation. It can be compared to the different ways in which women experience having their breasts and nipples stimulated. Some don’t like it much at all,
some may have orgasms only from nipple stimulation.

G-spot orgasms will press the uterus down towards the vagina. The entrance of
the vagina opens and there is a general feeling of downwards-directed pressure.
As a result of G-spot stimulation women often have multiple orgasms. The more a
woman becomes aware of and focuses on the G-spot as part of the sexual reaction, the more it awakens.

Clitoral induced orgasms pull the uterus upwards, so that the interior part
of it is formed like a balloon and there are contractions in the lower third
part of the vagina.

Women have reported G-spot induced orgasms as deeper localized whereas
clitoris induced orgasms are localized in the genital area.

The value of these distinctions is questionable but we explain them as you
sooner or later come across the conceptions. Even Dr. Perry and Dr. Whipple
think orgasms in general are so-called blended, where clitoris and
the anterior wall of the vagina and other parts of the body have been
stimulated.
